T. Lawrie & Partners was founded in 1992 and has established an accomplished reputation enabling steady and continued growth in stature in Central Scotland.

The Practice was formed principally to provide the general range of civil and structural services.

The Practice approach is to interpret Client's requirements utilising the experience of the senior staff who are supported in the implementation by a qualified team who participate in Continuing Professional Development.

Up to date computerised design systems are used to provide compatible and efficient computer aided drafting. The Practice has a full compliment of staff supported by the latest AutoCAD and civil/structural engineering design software packages.

The office is ideally positioned close to Glasgow City Centre and is convenient for all motorway, rail and airport links.

On receipt of a commission a Director and a dedicated team are appointed to the Client depending on the nature of the project and the particular expertise required, thus ensuring continuity and emphasis on good communication and teamwork.

Our approach is commercial and customer orientated which has given us the benefit of a broad base of return Clients, and the significant investment in technical staff and technology has maximised the benefits and efficiency of our designs.

Our Client base extends through industrial, commercial, nursing homes/care homes and most national house builders. We have particular expertise in civil engineering infrastructure designs and structural design for commercial, industrial, institutional and residential accommodation, which has been built up over the years.
